All 4 machines at Golden Coral in Chesapeake Virginia clearly state 1$ - I was charged 5$ both times

All 4 machines at Golden Coral in Chesapeake Virginia clearly state 1$. I was charged 5$ both times. This is not acceptable. This is False Advertising. I want a refund on the difference. Especially when we aren’t even guaranteed a prize every time. Who can I speak to about a refund? Not everyone can afford to have funds taken from their account like that.
