    1. I used your machine while I was in the hospital on 6/28/2017, New Orleans, Louisiana, Tulane Hospital, 2nd floor. I got a can of soda, and used my card, your machine charged me $75.00, that is a rip off. Can your company reimburse me the rest of my money.

  4. HAs anyone had any luck talking to an actual person when calling this company's phone number? The messages just keep taking you in circles without ever getting through to a customer service rep.. I had 15 transactions on my credit card totalling $210.00 in one day none of which were mine. I have contacted my credit card company and was told that my chip was used to make the purchases which was impossible as I live 3500 miles from where the credit card was used. If anyone from from soda snack vending is reading this please reply as to how we contact a human in your customer service dept! If you don't reply to this comment I will assume that you are a fraudulent company and stealing from the public.

  5. I used my charge card at a car wash in Seattle, and this charge showed up. The name of the vendor was mystifying, but once I put 2 and 2 together, it seems legit in my case. $10 charge was correct.

  7. I got this charge labelled "SODA-SNACK VENDING" on my credit card statement. Took me a while to remember the charge was from an automated key duplication machine operating under the name "minuteKEY!"

  13. Yo, you guys have no contact details except for the customer care number that is impossible to get through. I just paid for a pack of Doritos and it got stuck in the vending machine. it was the last $2 i had for lunch today and now i am hungry AF. Either you refund my $2 (+ $50 interest), or send my 6 packets of Doritos or else i will take this matter to court.

  14. often used by scammers to test the cards they have stolen via skimmers. A nice neatcharge to check if their ill gotten wares are working before they hit you up with a slew of bigger charges.DO NOT EVERPUT A CREDIT CARD IN A VENDING MACHINE FOR A SODA . DRINK WATER. PAY IN CASH. SAME SHIT HAPPENS AT GAS STATIONS . USE CASH

  17. Clearly this company is not interested in answering questions about people getting their make that was clearly stolen from them. There needs to be a class action lawsuit agents them.

  18. I am so angry. I purchased 1 item for 1.25 today and 2 items yesterday for 6.00 and the machine charged my bank card 30.00 in two days. I want my money back.

  19. I got a charge for $2.10 from this company. It posted in April 2018 but the charge is from Nov. 2017. I've never made keys, I've never had put a credit card into a vending machine for any reason except red box, and this isn't a red box charge. I called my credit card company and we're pretty sure it's bogus/fraudulent - the credit card company credited the money back to me. Beware of this company - they are shady!

  20. Although at first I didn't recognize this charge, it seems it was legitimate. It was the cost of using a Driving Range golf ball-dispensing machine.

  21. I noticed a charge on my credit card $5 from Snack- Soda Vending in Toronto. I'm in Alberta and do not purchase from vending machines. Called my CC company, they said it's a fraud and will investigate and return me back $. However the account has to be closed due to fraudulent activity. Beware!
